Enrich your children’s daily diet with lemon.
If you are able to develop the above mentioned habits, all your family will live healthy lifestyle. Your immune system will strengthen, your body will be detoxified and you will feel much better than ever. Not to mention that you will always be in a great shape.
2. Try to eat rice instead of bread.
Rice is more useful than simple bread (not mention whole grain). One of the multiple reasons of obesity is considered to eat too much bread. Do not forget that excessive carbohydrates taken by consuming bread turn into fat and extra pounds.
Habit # 5:
Eat only whole grain bread. It would be better if you could bake it at home to ensure that you consume food with 100% natural ingredients. Try to eat not more than 2-3 slices a day (during breakfast/lunch and dinner).
Habit # 6:
Try to eat your meals with a plate of rice. In other words, it will replace the bread you desire to eat while having a meal. Of course, not all meals are suitable for eating with rice. Then simply have them with a slice of whole grain bread.
You may have white or brown rice. But the second is particularly rich in protein and other nutrients.
Attention: Be careful not to consume too much rice. Otherwise, it may cause constipation.
