How many weeks in a row can you do the cabbage soup diet?
I've been on it for 17 days, and I feel great! I happen to love the soup, which really helps, and so far I've lost 17 pounds. I walk 5-6 miles each day, and this diet has really curbed my cravings for sweet things and junk food. However, I know that losing this much weight is not healthy whatsoever, so should I finish the third week (4 1/2 more days), and stop, keep going, or just stop now? What do you think?

I have tried out every diet in the book but nothing worked as good as acai berry. I understand they say that pills don't work, nevertheless they definitely worked for me, and they've been showcased on the Rachael Ray Show too. well the second you step off this diet your going to shoot up like 20 lbs... so if you are going to the beach soon id say stay on it
IT won't work trust me your just going to gain back the weight. Your losing it buy eating cabbage and your not going to eat cabbage for ever are you? By eating one food and then changing back to normal it puts your metabalism out of whack. Eat healthy and exercise don't start stupid diets.
