How do I lose weight fast and effectively?
I want to lose weight on my stomach, thighs, and butt. I have been watching my calories and eating around 5-6 meals a day. I have been doing a variety of ab exercises and have seen some results, but I want to increase accuracy. Any suggestions?

Liposuction hahah!! Lol at least it has been in the market for quite some time now and a lot of people are still undergoing the surgery up to now. I think it will cost you at around $3500 depending on your location. Please see to it that you go to a reputable doctor and follow a strict diet plan after.:) I am trying to loose weight too and is considering it now. It is so hard to loose weight I know..:(
Crossfit WILL get you in shape. Its not easy at all so if you dont wanna sweat dont do it.

why are you eating five or six meals a day?!
eat breakfast lunch and dinner (small portions). with fruit or raw veggies for snacks in between and online have one treat a day if you want it! try not to have take aways or fast food.
running helps, everyday. once in the morning once in the evening. dont push yourself too hard.
drink LOADS of water.
and do sit ups everyday. - however many you can do, dont go crazy though!

You need to do cardio exercise in order to burn fat. Anything that will get your heart rate up for at LEAST 30 minutes. Walking, running, swimming, biking, etc. Ab exercises are good , but if you have fat to lose you won't see the results of your ab workouts.
I think what your doing should eventually pay off and maybe try going on jogs every now and again to help tone those areas

One good way to lose weight is to replace some of the food you are eating with foods known to burn fat. There are all kinds of them and most of them are pretty good.
